User agreement and app rules. By using the service you agree to them.
1. What this service is
The app, bot and website are an independent free project for watching anime, reading manga and collecting cards. We do not store or distribute video ourselves: the player shows links and streams from third-party sources. By using the service you accept these rules in full. If you disagree, do not use the service and delete the app.
2. Who can use it
The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. 18+ material is shown only to those who confirmed their age, and that is the user's own responsibility. You sign in through Telegram and are responsible for everything that happens in your account. You may not hand your access to other people.
3. What is prohibited
Prohibited: • farming and abusing rewards: bots, scripts, auto-clickers, multiple accounts, exploiting errors and bugs, bypassing limits and protections, faking game results; • trading coins, cards or accounts for real money or services outside the service itself; • spam, advertising, insults, harassment, threats, hate, other people's personal data; • illegal content and material that infringes other people's rights; • attempts to hack, overload, mass-scrape or otherwise interfere with the service; • anything we consider harmful to the service or its users.
4. Coins, cards, achievements and payments
Coins, cards, titles, frames, achievements and other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable. We may change prices, drop rates, rewards and limits, fix errors and roll back credits, including those made by mistake or in breach of the rules. Purchases with Telegram Stars and donations are voluntary: they support the project and give no right to demand anything in return; refunds follow Telegram's rules and are at our discretion.
5. Blocking and terminating accounts
We may at any time and for any reason restrict, freeze, ban or terminate your account, coins, cards, achievements, purchases and any data, and delete your messages and material, without notice, without giving reasons, without any investigation and without any compensation. Decisions are final and cannot be appealed; we may, but are not obliged to, hear your explanation. A ban does not release you from these rules.
6. Your content and creators
Comments, chat and watch-party messages, collections, photos and other material you publish is published at your own risk. You confirm you have the right to it and allow the service to show it to other users inside the service free of charge. We may hide or delete any content. Creators in the Creators section keep the rights to their work; a card or creator page can be removed on request.
7. Third-party sources and rights holders
Video, subtitles, covers and descriptions come from third-party sites and services; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or quality. If you are a rights holder and believe something infringes your rights, write to us: we will review the request and remove links or material if needed.
8. Payment and refunds
The service is free. The only paid items are purchases of the in-app currency (coins) by bank card through a payment service or with Telegram Stars, voluntary donations, and creators' goods at the price shown on their page. The price and the number of coins are shown before payment (see Prices and payment); purchases are credited immediately. There are no subscriptions or automatic charges. Purchases are digital, so refunds are not provided, except when the payment went through but the purchase was not received: write to support within 24 hours stating the payment. Refunds follow the rules of the payment service and Telegram. Disputing a payment through your bank without contacting support first is not allowed.
9. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of operation, availability, or safety of data, progress, collections and purchases. It may change, work intermittently or be shut down entirely at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage or lost profit connected with using or being unable to use the service.
10. Changes to the rules
We may change these rules at any time. A new version takes effect when published in the app. By continuing to use the service afterwards you accept the changes.
