Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs how information about the service’s users is collected, used and protected. We collect account identifiers, technical information and interaction history. The data is used to run the service, to contact the user and for analytics. Information is passed to third parties only where required by law, to carry out a payment, or with the user’s consent. Data is stored for as long as necessary and protected with reasonable measures.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how information that the User provides while using the service — the website, Telegram bot and mini app at sgezha.art (the “Service”) — is processed and protected. 1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms agreement with the Policy. A User who does not agree must stop using the Service.
2. Information we collect
2.1. The Service may collect the following data: • account identifiers (Telegram id, name, username, language and avatar; if Shikimori is linked — profile id and nickname; the access token is stored on the server encrypted and is never sent to the browser); • technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system data, session, language and visitor cookies, and — with your consent — Google Analytics cookies; player settings and cache are kept in the browser’s local storage); • interaction history (watch progress, lists, collections, notification subscriptions, settings, watch-party messages, payments). 2.2. The Service does not require passport data, documents, photos or other personal information beyond the minimum needed to work. The Service does not see or store bank card details.
3. Use of information
3.1. The Service uses the information solely to: • make the features work (sign-in, syncing your list with Shikimori, resume watching, watch parties); • contact the User (including notifications and support); • analyse and improve the Service. 3.2. Data is not sold and not used for advertising.
4. Disclosure to third parties
4.1. The Administration does not pass collected data to third parties except: • where required by law; • where necessary to fulfil obligations to the User (for example, with payment systems and partner banks: they receive the amount, date and payment id); • where the User has given consent. 4.2. Video is shown by third-party players (Kodik, AniLibria and others) that have their own rules and cookies. Descriptions and ratings come from Shikimori; sign-in is through Telegram.
5. Storage and protection
5.1. Data is stored for as long as needed for the purposes of processing. The User can delete their data in the mini app settings (“Erase account completely”) or by contacting support. 5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security when information is transmitted over the internet.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always carries risk. 6.2. The Administration is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User.
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. The Administration may change the Policy without prior notice. 7.2. Continuing to use the Service after changes means the User accepts the new version of the Policy.
